.jonkarl: 'While the president has said that this report, that this investigation exonerated him, he's clearly concerned about what's going to happen today. I expect he will be watching, and I expect we have not seen the last of the tweets.'

Former special counsel Robert Mueller has arrived on Capitol Hill for historic testimony before lawmakers in back-to-back House hearings on his probe into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election and possible obstruction of justice by President Donald Trump.

Mueller was reluctant to appear before Congress, and only agreed to appear under subpoena from both panels."The report is my testimony," he said in his only public statement on the report in May.Mueller arrived amid a crush of reporters and cameras for his congressional testimony in front of the House Judiciary Committee but made no comment.

Lawmakers have spent weeks preparing for the hearings, and continued to prepare for the back-to-back rounds of questioning well into Tuesday evening, fielding a last-minute request from Mueller that Aaron Zebley, his longtime chief of staff, be sworn in to appear alongside him in front of the committees. A committee spokesman said Zebley would appear with Mueller on Wednesday as his counsel.

Trump has attacked Mueller ahead of the hearing, and said he may"see a little bit of it" on television.

JerryNadler it was still a waste of money you little troll. Think of the good things that $42 million could have used for other than a wasted investigation. Relief at the border, homelessness, vet care etc

hey committee, put your damn phones down. Instagram can wait. 😂🤣

Clown show

...... and he got his MBA in NY,,, in my district. Quote from Nadler. This moron just can't help himself. Like he had anything to do with the education of Mueller. What a buffoon.

Pontificating fraud

It's almost as if he's been lied to for so long.

Recovering money that should have been collected to begin with does not equal zero for the investigation. Your still out 30 m.

TheView Let the truth be told

I trust this man, he is independent.

LOL, the report is already been out for months and concluded Trump was not only cleared by that NO American conspired with Russia with the exception of Clinton/DNC. This is just funny Demcrats just can’t accept losing.

Trump conspired and obstructed.

Prediction: he’s not giving Democrats what they want. Or maybe even close. Take care of business next Nov. at the polls. That’s the way.

Let's all pray they do.

The Manafort conviction had zero to do with the investigation. It was over early. We could have saved about $30M!

Too bad trump can't win a golf tournament and get us some of THAT money back.

Mueller looks as if he’d much rather be someplace else.

jonkarl You see... if I was innocent....I’d say bring it! Not Trump who protests too much!
