EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio - City officials are hoping they will soon receive some money from the state to help cleanup a massive dump site.

“This is some serious stuff right here,” said Billings. “When it comes to this, mountains and mountains of garbage and trash.” “It also motivated me to see what can be done to try to bring these dilapidated unsafe structures down.”According to Billings, cameras were installed in that area, but he did not know how many were actually working.
