A motorcyclist whose passenger died in a high-speed crash at an Atlantic City Expressway entrance ramp has been sentenced to four years in state prison. Matthew Gittens, 38, of Mays Landing, will have to serve at least two years before being eligible for parole, theGittens was riding with a suspended license when he lost control of his motorcycle while speeding and struck a guard rail on the exit 12 entrance ramp in Mays Landing on May 18, 2019, officials said.
