The incident occurred at about 2:30 p.m. on Friday when Bay City Police Officers in Bay City, Texas, were doing a welfare check at a residence in the area and found a 7-year-old girl who was bedridden due to medical conditions dead inside the home.

Another tragedy is that the other children could be placed in foster care where they will further be abused until they turn 18 at which time they will be kicked out of the system and become homeless.
