Saturday has been dreary across the region thanks to a storm system trekking east. A warm front has sparked showers and they'll continue to lift to the northeast through the late afternoon and evening. We're looking drier overnight but we could still see a few showers early though as the warm front hangs on top of us. The onshore flow made for a raw day too. Temps struggled to get into the mid-50s. The SE breeze continues tonight with the cloud cover sticking around.
Afternoon readings surge back into the middle and upper 80s under a mix of clouds and sun. Just like Sunday, a spotty storm or two is possible. A cold front then moves in on Tuesday bringing better chances for scattered showers and storms. With the instability in the atmosphere and more 'organizational wind' we could see a few strong storms as well. The boundary knocks our temps back a touch too, but temps still rise into the upper 70s midweek.
