Just wondering, interested in other’s thoughts. If they raised the penalty for resisting arrest, would that be more of a deterrent? It’s dangerous to everyone, police and alleged perpetrator, for people to resist. The police have to have the ability to restrain someone.
I'm against all violences and racism ; and i'm really against the 'neck holds', but the problem now is that governments in Europe want to use the 'Taser' to arrest peoples. It's horrible too. I dislike electrocution.
