College Runner Is Still Struggling Months After a COVID-19 DiagnosisNatalie Hakala, a runner for Concordia University, has a PR of 2:17 for the 800 meters. Now she gets winded walking to the couch. Me too I’m two weeks into this. I don’t have the chest symptoms but the intense fatigue is devastating. I by no means am at the level of running as Natalie but typically get in 15-20 miles/week in addition to 3 days/week of strength. I can’t wait for the day to get a mile in again.
