Thomaris Davis, 26, of Montgomery, was charged with two counts of capital murder, discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling and second-degree assault in the fatal shooting of 12-year-old Nelson Harris in the 2800 block of Cherry Avenue around 9 p.m. Wednesday, said Montgomery police spokeswoman Capt. Saba Coleman.
