The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said they were notified by the Walker County Sheriff’s Office that Deputy Saul Ortiz was arrested by the agency Tuesday.Dashcam footage clears man of felony charge after showing constable injuring himself in The Woodlands Right now, it is not known what Ortiz has been accused of doing, but he is charged with injury child/elderly/disabled reckless bodily injury - simple assault, which is a state jail felony.The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said Ortiz will be on administrative suspension as the Sheriff’s Office Internal Affairs Unit and the Walker County Sheriff’s Office conduct their investigations into the incident.
