Mississippi Legislature Passes Bill to Change State Flag

The bill now heads to Republican Gov. Tate Reeves, who has pledged to sign it, saying the argument over the flag had become as divisive as the flag itself. The Republican-dominated House of Representatives and Senate voted 91 to 23 and 37 to 14, respectively, on Sunday to replace the flag.

I wonder what would happen if people protested this decision by burning businesses and looting stores? Would the police be ordered to stand down and let them do it? Would city and county officials take a knee to support the protestors? Would New Yankee Workshop change their name?

The two flags below deeply offend me and should be banned everywhere?

They will be replacing it with the LGBQ in the butt flag or the poor Black Lives Matter poor people flag.

You can't rewrite facts. You can dislike them, but changing something that is opinion based it not the way to deal with history no matter how cruel it was. But, that's why there is a voting process. History is dirty as fuck, can't change it.
