A man accused of hitting and killing a pedestrian in McAllen was arrested alongside his father, mother and sister after authorities say they also failed to report the incident. Jose Luis Nava Miranda , 25 of Mission , was arrested Thursday on a charge of collision involving death, according to Hidalgo County Jail records. His bail is set at $100,000.
