Why did EMT's fail to initiate CPR at the scene after finding no pulse?Why did they not secure his neck?We need to know whether he got CPR in the ambukance too.Floyd was mishandled even in death coz of his skin color.Or blacks dont get CPR!! Fire those EMT's.
