Maybe if the Military acknowledged combat PTSD amongst it members and upon discharge awarded them correctly. Instead thousands have their claims denied, forcing them into a civilian life they are unable to adjust to. Then repeatedly denying them until they commit suicide.
My father suffered from PTSD from the Korean War. He wasn’t diagnosed or helped until 1973, after 2 failed marriages, and alienating 7 children. He died at 89 & never recovered from two weeks of seeing everyone he arrived with brutally killed and enduring massive pesonal injury.

if ONLY, these heroes would compute how much we respect & love them, maybe things would be better for them. Yet, i have learned to understand PTSD. Kinda like food poisoning that never quite leaves your digestive system--and it exist even while you sleep. we LUV U!
