Michael Lang, Woodstock co-creator, dies at age 77

Lang died from"a rare form of non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma at Sloan Kettering Hospital in NYC," read a family statement provided to CNN by longtime family friend Michael Pagnotta.

"He is survived by his wife Tamara, their sons Harry and Laszlo and his daughters LariAnn, Shala and Molly."Lang was just 24 years old when Woodstock took place in August 1969 in New York's Catskill Mountains.He also co-founded and produced the planned the Woodstock 50 festival in 2019 -- but that event was canceled. He would have been in his mid-20s then, remarkably young for a creator of such a monumental iconic event like Woodstock, quite the epitome of the hippies' era and the sex revolution of the boomers and everything else that came with it like the gay liberation movement.

Okay, so like... can everybody just quit dying already! Betty White/Bob Sagett/P. Bogdonavich/'Dobie Gillis'/Sydney Poiter/ and MORE that I can't remember and all in less than 10 days!!! COME ON!

I'm hearing that Bob Saget just passed away as well, I'm not sure if it's 100% true though, anyone know?
