Miami-Dade does not plan to reopen beaches anytime soonMiami-Dade Mayor Carlos Gimenez has not made an announcement on how and when the county will reopen; but he made one thing clear during a virtual town hall: opening beaches is not in the works. Why would they/he. That would make to much sense. The vast majority - almost all cases are a result from being in confined spaces, with the home being most likely place to contract.
