I would cut his hair for free anytime i was in the city. I usually found him by upper wacker and would have my cape n shears. Havent been since covid but, He never EVER deserved this Chicago needs to hell this angel. Im not family but maybe my voice could help?
Anyone know if visitors are allowed or gofund me ? I met him years ago and was walking to the O line. He was picking food from a dumpster and i offer him $. He would never take it. Dont think from anyone to be honest. So i told him i dont pay for food you dont pay for a hair cut
