Yet, in many states people can drink in bars, get a haircut, eat inside a restaurant, get a tattoo, get a massage, and do myriad other normal, pleasant, but non-essential activities,” the letter notes. “The best thing for the nation is not to reopen as quickly as possible, it’s to save as many lives as possible.

Mortality rates are dropping, most recent published around 0.3% ; that’s pretty close to seasonal flu levels. As we test more, most likely will be at seasonal flu levels of around 0.1%

I think that lockdowns are just a way to extend COVID-19 lifespan, because if we just forget about the virus and live it ,the people who'll get infected will die or live (95% won't die from it), and it'll end in a month or so , because people who live will develop an immunity.
