When the contractions started, Betzabeth Perez and her partner Adolfo Soto rushed to Medical City Dallas. They pulled into the nearest hospital entrance, and it didn’t take long for security guard Eli Davila to realize a baby was on the way.
Davila wheeled Perez inside, and as they approached the elevators, she was seen on camera visibly uncomfortable leaning sideways in the wheelchair. Davila is then seen rolling Perez onto an elevator.Download NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth

San Diego City Council votes to charge $38 permit fee for sidewalk vendors, pushcarts -SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Sidewalk vendors and pushcart operators must pay $38 annually for a permit to sell their wares in San Diego, starting mid-June, under a proposed ordinance approved Tuesday by the City Council. City staff recommended the new permit fee be as high as $230 per business, but negotiations in the council chambers brought that number down to...
