MCM is further pushing its transformation into a full fashion brand.

BERLIN — Korean-backed German brand MCM is further pushing its transformation into a full fashion brand with underwear and loungewear.

With an eye on the $1 billion revenue mark, the company has seen expansion under creative director Dirk Schönberger, with the first full ready-to-wear collection and new experience flagships opened in Berlin, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Munich and Vienna this year. Starting in mid-January, MCM will launch its first underwear and loungewear collections in the brand’s stores and online shop. According to the company, it’s also MCM’s entry into the first ethical and ecological collection.

MCM is further pushing expansion with a venture into jewelry and more flagship and experience stores to open in the U.S., Asia and the Middle East.

New branding or not, Victoria's Secret is still sexist - Women’s Media Center“Why should consumers opt to buy products from a company that is still run by men when there are so many new women-led and -dominated underwear brands to choose from?” Or maybe we could all just buy what we like from whom we like without being judged by our fellow women? 🤷‍♀️ Curious to hear where y’all stand on male fashion designers &/or male lingerie designers. And what about male shoe designers? Are they ALL sexist? I agree! If there are women-led brands, we should use them! I actually really like that Bra and those Underwear. I need to get back in that store again. Please don't get rid of the Best Bras in the World. They had online Clothing that disappeared: Moda International, where did you go?
