Yall want good ice cream, WENDYS cleans their machine everyday. On MCD machines it will say a number 1-14 that's how many days left until it goes into freeze lock because it needs to be cleaned. So if you see 4. That means no one's cleaned it in 10 days and they just refill it.
It's the lack of training the managers have and give to other managers and crew members. Out of the store I use to work at 2 people knew how to clean the ice cream machine. Article talks about ice cream machines not the mcflurry mixing station.
