It was developed by pediatrician Dr. Harvey Karp to help soothe fussy babies and help them fall asleep on their own.
"The difference between a Snoo and a crib is that a crib contains your child, but a Snoo responds to your child," Horger says."Noise and motion sensors trigger the Snoo to rock or to play white noise for your infant to soothe them."is going and they'll probably look at you through blood shot eyes to tell you.... not great.
"It's a tool that can help with sleep hygiene," Horger says. For example, instead of a caregiver having to come in and rock the baby, the Snoo can comfort them back to sleep when they wake and cry.
