Davis County man sentenced to at least 25 years in prison for sexually abusing preteen girlsPhillip Brandon Stokes, 41, was sentenced Monday to two concurrent terms of 25 years to life in the Utah State Prison for rape of a child and sodomy on a child, both first-degree felonies. The sentences will run concurrently, the judge said. For how many years did his LDS bishop know about the abuse? Given our new low bed prison unfortunately he will be out in 10 years. The judge is a wimp. The sentences should run consecutively instead of concurrently.
