Some users are fleeing Musk's Twitter for Mastodon, a decentralized social platform. But it lacks some of the elements that have made Twitter a favorite among journalists, politicians and activists.

Self important people leave twitter when history is being made. They want it to be about them. While it's about ALL of us. Black, white, Hispanic, Asian, or middle eastern etc. They should stay and fight in the coming information war. How else will their opinion survive?
