A 6,041-acre ranch less than 35 miles northwest of Corpus Christi has hit the market for $29.95 million. Owned by Texas’ Killam family, the O | W Ranch offers an outlet as an agricultural estate and for recreational pursuits.According to the property’s broker, Jay Leyendecker of property sales firm Hall and Hall, it’s the property’s diversity that makes it stand out.“Not many ranches are as well diversified as the O|W.

Water is not scarce on the property, which features four water wells, 11 windmills, 29 troughs and 23 ponds.A well-known Dallas home, the Crespi Estate, was the most expensive home to hit the market in Texas last month.Alpine Start Development will aim to redevelop a former corporate dormitory tied to AT&T in Irving into 248 apartments as part of an adaptive-reuse project., Real estate reporter.
