Potholesdid not have a great start to their Monday morning after a massive pothole caused about 15 cars to get a flat tire.
It’s unclear how the pothole came to be, but TxDOT says it happened along the I-10 East Freeway heading westbound toward Monmouth in Channelview. EAST HARRIS COUNTY: TxDOT crews are on scene of major repair on I-10 East Freeway westbound at Monmouth.
