An out-of-hours emergency doctors helpline will close from midnight until 08:00 BST for three days, Manx Care has confirmed.
The health care provider said the Manx Emergency Doctor service would have to be suspended due to a lack of staff between Tuesday and Thursday.In emergency cases, 999 should still be called, a spokeswoman said. Calls to the Meds phone number during the period would be diverted to a switchboard at the hospital and "signposted appropriately", she added.Isle of Man Government - Manx Emergency Doctor Service
