Man stabbed, killed in fight at City Winery in Chicago's West Loop

CHICAGO – A man died after being stabbed multiple times in a fight Wednesday evening at City Winery on Restaurant Row in the West Loop.The victim, a 47-year-old man, was stabbed with a knife by a 41-year-old attacker around 5 p.m. at City Winery, 1200 W. Randolph St, Chicago Police said.It was not clear if the stabbing occurred inside or outside the venue. But it resulted in events there being called off.

'When you say that it's starting to happen in a workplace; in a place where we're doing live music; in a place that's supposed to bring good soul and bring good spirits, I mean, we have to talk about things like this,' said Steward.CBS 2 watched as people stopping by were turned away at the door, and told their events had been canceled.
