Federal prosecutors have charged a man who was photographed with his foot up on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s desk, as well as a West Virginia lawmaker who they say was among the thousands of pro-Trump rioters who stormed the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday.
Also facing charges is a newly elected lawmaker from West Virginia, Derrick Evans, who posted a video of himself on social media barging into the Capitol and roaming the halls with dozens of others. Another man, Lonnie Coffman, was arrested after authorities found 11 molotov cocktails in the back of his pickup truck after responding to reports of pipe bombs near the Capitol. The devices contained gasoline as well as what officials described as homemade napalm. Authorities say Mr. Coffman also came with an assault rifle and a pair of handguns.

How about a charge of interstate leaving of Arkansas for DC in order to commit the federal crimes he has openly committed, sedition and trespass? He should be looking at at least 20 years looking out instead of in (as we used to say when I was prosecuting).
