A man was killed in a road rage shooting in Tacoma on Monday afternoon, police said.

Officials received 911 calls around 3:15 p.m. of a road rage incident at South 54th Street and Washington where shots were fired.

At 3:15 pm 911 received reports of a road rage incident at S 54th & Washington with shots fired. Both cars left. A passenger of the victim vehicle was shot & driven to the hospital. The male victim has life-threatening injuries. Detectives & crime scene technicians are on scene.
