A man was arrested after police said he broke into a Taylorsville home and touched a child's chest before hiding under her bed.
Arresting documents stated Gardner made his way to a bedroom with six children, where he "observed them" and touched a girl's chest.He reportedly told officers that he touched the girl because he was trying to wake her up so she could get him a drink of water, but when she did not wake, he hid under her bed.
"Allen appears to be willing to commit crimes to get his way," they reported. "This makes him a high danger to our community."
