A man accused of catfishing and sexually assaulting a woman he met through a dating app was arrested Wednesday. Chong-Yun Mounce , 38, faces a charge of sexual assault and has several outstanding warrants for online impersonation, fraud, credit card abuse and theft. His combined bail is $170,000. Mounce is accused of sexually assaulting a woman who was blindfolded and tied to a motel bed on Dec. 17, according to an arrest affidavit.

Investigators said they were able to connect Mounce to other sexual assault and theft cases involving women he lured to have sex while blindfolded and tied up.
