Man Accused of Killing Ohio Mom Was Friend of Her Late Husband — and She'd Let Him Live in Her Basement: Boss

The discovery was made after a multi-county car chase ended in the arrest of Lance Miller, 32, of Abbott, Texas., and he said that Miller was a friend of Lynch's late husband — who unexpectedly died this spring.
