An east Austin athletic trainer faces charges after a client reported he took photos of her without consent during a naked therapy session at a gym.

An east Austin athletic trainer has been accused of invasive visual recording after a female client reported him taking photos of her without consent during a therapy session at a gym, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.

The victim told police she had started training with Fritsch and on the day of the incident, he suggested she use the gym's therapy room to help with recovery after a workout. The therapy required the victim to stand naked on a vibrating mat in a curtained off corner with bright red lights pointed at her while wearing eye protection, the affidavit said.

A few minutes later, the victim said she removed the eye protection to see where she was moving and saw a cell phone between the curtains with the camera pointed at her. She yelled, pulled back the curtain and saw Fritsch standing there with a "shocked look on his face," the affidavit said.
