Mario Munoz of the 3900 block of West Fullerton Avenue was charged with a felony count of arson to property more than $150, and one misdemeanor count of arson less than $500, police said.

A 34-year-old Logan Square man was charged Wednesday after he was identified as the person who ignited fall decorations and Halloween decorations on the city’s Northwest Side, Chicago police said. He was arrested on the same block where he resides. Munoz is accused of intentionally setting fire to an object shortly before 3:45 a.m. Oct.

11 in the 2200 block of West Roscoe Street at a North Center neighborhood home, police said. He also was connected to another Oct. 12 arson that caused damage to a property in the 4400 block of North Maplewood Avenue in the Lincoln Square neighborhood, police said. Munoz was scheduled to appear at aa detention hearing Wednesday afternoon.
