As we close out the 20teens, there was no one better to sit down with and reflect on this decade — rooted in the brilliant, world-changing demands of teens across the world — than one of the first to lead the charge: Malala 🌟

: Where does religion and culture fit into all of this? Because some of the circumstances you were talking about, they are people that have exploited religion in the service of silencing women. So where does religion fall for you?I do political science. So for me, we need to look at the statistics and look at the correlation and all those things. So we don't have data [on this].

: Well, the representation thing is an important one, right? How do you feel about Muslim representation in television, in the movies? Are you seeing any good examples of it?Well, we rarely see good examples of that, and I think that's unfortunate when it comes to the representation of minorities or Muslims or black people or even women. And I think in that sense, there's still a lot that needs to be done.

I really think the parents should get their condolences, and the police department needs to move on to more current issues.

Warren: ‘We want to transform this country, let's start with our babies’Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Elizabeth Warren at Public Education Forum 2020: Free and universal early education would be transformative for children, parents and educators - and could be paid for with her wealth tax plan. She has become annoying Apparently all of her proposed freebies will be paid for by her wealth tax plan...guess she failed math. At some point the rich will rum out of money or she will run out of rich people. Why does anyone assume the wealthy will simply sit there and let the government take their money? There are dozens of ways they can shelter their wealth.

Michael Bennet, at Public Education Forum 2020 So correctly We live in a country where we spend 3-5 times what the countries that kick our ass in education spend.
