A majority of the Federal Reserve officials at the March 20-ending meeting expected interest rates to be unchanged for the rest of the year, according to the minutes of the Federal Open Market Committee released Wednesday. At the central bank, officials took note that the decline in the unemployment rate, rising wages and new tariffs didn't lead to greater inflation.
