The rescue package will give the government a 20% stake in the group, which owns airlines in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Belgium, and two seats on its supervisory board.

GirumTweets You know capitalism really screws the tax payers when the Govt coughed up 10B USD for a 20% share in a company that would have gone under anyways had they waited it out. What private entity would do what the Govt has done? Seems likes these firms are public during hardships.
