Haven’t seen her in years. She went from beautiful to beautiful.

Are you kidding me right now? She has had success because she is flat gorgeous.

Very true. Asian Americans are under represented.

I'ma go out on a limb and say she might not have landed that gig as a Yakuza boss had she been white.

I'm as progressive as they come...because I'm open minded. Is it because of racism, or more because there's just simply less roles for Asian women in American entertainment...

Eye roll

Hollywood so racist? theyve been pandering to China for over 10 years. theyve produced over 400 films with black male actors grossing a total over 10 billion dollars. Hollywood is literally ignoring most of america to placate chinese and woke audiences.

Bad acting or racism, I’ll go with bad acting

Wasn’t she some crappy movie about some stupid shit? Yeh, that’s her.

Hollywood racist?

Fat people have a limited role in Hollywood. So do short people etc. Is this also because of some type of 'systemic' bigotry?

Still one of the coolest scenes ever LucyLiu

says this chick that date only white dudes

If you want to let someone else have the gig, hold back when opportunity knocks. Success comes from perseverance, whether you think you're special or not. Systemic racism my arse, it was WORK ETHIC!

Systemic racism on the top level of that industry would be abhorrent, that's not hard to imagine. But I wonder what the general work environment was like for her in the early times of her career.

Isn’t the bandwagon full at this point? How many more can hop on?
