The actress agreed to two months in jail and 24 months of supervised release.Full HouseThe couple have agreed to plead guilty to conspiracy charges. The actress agreed to two months in jail and 24 months of supervised release. Giannulli will do five months in jail, per court documents.
Loughlin and Giannulli were scheduled to go on trial in October on charges they allegedly paid $500,000 to get their daughters into the University of Southern California as crew recruits even though neither girl was a rower. The Hollywood couple were among 16 parents indicted on the charge of money laundering conspiracy for their involvement in the scandal. The charge came with a possible maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. The couple was also charged with conspiracy to commit mail fraud.
The two, along with 48 others, were arrested after federal prosecutors in Boston unsealed a criminal complaint last March which charged all with conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud for allegedly cheating the collegiate system in order for their children to be admitted into upper-echelon universities.
Actress Felicity Huffman was also ensnared in the scandal. She pleaded guilty last May and was sentenced to 14 days in prison, a $30,000 fine and 250 hours of community service. She reported to prison Oct. 15, 2019 and released from prison on Oct. 25.
I'll be surprised if she serves one hour before being released. She took a plea only because she knows she won't spend any time in jail.
That is in reality a pretty 'harsh' sentence for doing something that has been done in America since its foundation. Everyone knew the rich find a way around obstacles to get their kids into the better colleges. A fine would have sufficed.
Good and she needs to serve time in prison. Enjoy prison brat
White privilege strikes again
This story is like 3 days old. Is that all you got?
Good! They both need to serve time in prison for their role in the college admissions scandal
Will Hallmark take her back after time served?
Sorry, I know I'm a lone voice here, but both have zero previous - they should have gotten suspended sentences plus a mega-fine in the $millions
I don't mean to be rude. But, if a 'non-celebrity' would of comitted that crime, they would get years, not months of prison time. The things money does. LoriLoughlin
0% chance she sees a day in prison.
Surely there has come to you a light from Allah and a clear Book
As she should!
But for coronavirus she will do home arrest. What a joke
I still don't get why people were so outraged by this.
Check out our podcast. We took a deep dive into the college admissions scandal, revealing how a former high school basketball coach became the ringleader of a multimillion-dollar scam involving Hollywood stars and CEOs.
If she didnt have $$$ she would be getting 2 years.

Wow, Fuller House really went there, mad respect.
wow. Two WHOLE months?!
She is guilty shouldn't be 2 months
Rich bitch
Karen
Say what I thought it was 40 years she deserves more then 2 months wth
What is the difference between this and Kushner - moron could never got into Harvard without daddy’s money - Trump Jr - moron never could have got into penn without daddy’s money and on and on in that family
She’s still not in jail?
And I wonder what Students would get as a punishment if they were found to have done something similar? I know one thing, it would haunt them for the rest of their lives seeking employment, far harsher punishment then 2 months in jail.
