If you want to live among billionaires, $69 million will get you an estate in an ultra-exclusive alcove of the French Riviera known as Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat.

This particular residence has no shortage of flair to make it stand out amid its beautiful neighbors. The property kisses the water and is home to a main house and two guest houses, allowing visitors to stay in their own mansions. In the main house, the living room features a wall of sliding glass doors, which showcases uncompromised views of the marina below and mountain landscape beyond.
