— and after more than seven years in custody — Michelle Lodzinski was released from the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women early Tuesday evening, looking to return home.to 30 years in prison without the possibility of parole in the death of her five-year-old son, Timothy Wiltsey, who she claimed had vanished from a Sayreville carnival in 1991 and later turned up dead.

“After reviewing the entirety of the evidence and after giving the state the benefit of all its favorable testimony and all the favorable inferences drawn from that testimony, no reasonable jury could find beyond a reasonable doubt that Lodzinski purposefully or knowingly caused Timothy’s death,” wrote Justice Barry Albin in the majority opinion.

It's so sickening that they released her. Omg, she's guilty 😲 I have followed this case since 1991. She smiles, of course, she's a sociopath who killed her own son.
