It is amazing some are blaming this polar vortex that is causing these extremely low temps when the first reported polar vortex was in 1853. So all of these people saying it's because of carbon emissions have some explaining to do since in 1853 there was no electricity/40% cause

How about some Canada temperatures, they are part of America as well.
