NTSB hasn't fully examined limo in NY crash that killed 20WASHINGTON (AP) — Federal safety investigators have been unable to conduct a full examination of the limousine involved in a crash that killed 20 people nearly two weeks ago in upstate New York because of a criminal case against the limo company's operator. While the National Transportation Safety Board says it is working cooperatively with local officials, people familiar with the matter told The Associated Press on Thursday that investigators have expressed frustration over their inability to fully examine the limousine. They spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity in order to discuss sensitive conversations. That excuse is a stretch If i had to guess....rusty brake line caused leak of brake fluid which led to hydraulic failure of braking system...car from NY...no skidmarks ? The frame extension rails collapsed due to corrosion upon impact. Google how limousines are stretched on you tube. No SUV stretch that old should be on the road. Period.

20 Dead In New York Limo Crash Called The 'Most Deadly Accident' In YearsThe collision occurred on Saturday afternoon in Schoharie. All passengers in the vehicle and two pedestrians were killed. Heart breaking No one thinks about the orphans, cats and dogs that are home, waiting... Incredibly sad. Likely could have been avoided if Limosine were not speeding down the entryway to the parking lot. My heart goes out to the victims and their families, and the folks who witnessed this untimely accident. Godspeed to them all.
