The 30-year-old actor was photographed in Los Angeles looking relaxed after enjoying lunch at the upscale A.O.C. restaurant on Wednesday, just one day after finalizing his divorce from his ex-wife Cyrus, 27. The two won’t be officially single until Feb. 22, according to a judgment of dissolution document obtained by PEOPLE on Tuesday.
Hemsworth wore a dark gray button-down shirt, jeans and dark shades as he walked out of the restaurant. There were no “community property assets or liabilities” created during their marriage and neither Hemsworth or Cyrus is seeking spousal support, according to the court papers.Attorneys for both Cyrus and Hemsworth did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment at the time.
