Pick up a gun and don’t check to see if it’s loaded - dumb. Point a gun at someone - dumber. Squeeze the trigger - dumbest. Actor not thinker.

Is he going to see any jail time? I think it's a sad story, & that he should have to go to trial. If it would been a normal citizen shooting a movie for a film festival. The law & courts would have they're way with him. Because real life murder isn't a movie.
the other 'misfires' are irrelevant because a prop can misfire but that doesn't mean a projectile is shot out of a prop? sorry, but this mistake, even if genuine mistake, is criminal.. like drinking and driving

why are we talking about baldwin? who the hell loaded the gun? irrelevant if it misfired, there is no reason why any projectile exited the gun to begin with.. this isn't an easy mistake to make, wtf?

Sad thing is if a regular person accidentally shot someone / killed them they’d be in jail instantly but because of his name he’s in no trouble how is that fair to us common folks?

The 4 Basic Gun Safety Rules: 1. Treat all guns as if they are loaded. 2. Keep the gun pointed in the safest possible direction. 3. Keep your finger off the trigger until you are ready to shoot. 4. Know your target, its surroundings, and beyond. 1 and 2 were obviously ignored.
