And by Monday morning, it was announced that Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Davisson’s production company Appian Way had won the rights at auction.

'Some Mads Mikkelsen fans are mad about it'. I'm quite sure most non-Americans find this totally unnecessary and insulting to the original. Why make a remake of an already perfect film just bc Americans can't be bothered to read subtitle?
