The new Democratic majorities should strip SCOTUS of its appellate jurisdiction. It would still be the trial court for certain cases under Article III, but the En Banc circuit courts would be the final appeal. Dems can then legislatively expand the circuits and pack those seats.

The way this is going, may as well make it a PPV death battle with each party putting court nominees into a steel cage with weapons of their choice. May as well do away with any hint of civilized behavior altogether.
