"So of the more than 70 people that they checked over the two day period, there were no violations of the fishing license law," said Bannon."These are not fish kills. These are not dead marine life that are going to end up on the shoreline. That's why some people say 'well, who cares if you harvest too many because they're dead anyway.' That's not true. Most of them are going to live," said Bannon.
