Laura Bozzo tiene orden de captura por delito fiscal en México

Laura Bozzo solicitó a un juez federal suspender la orden judicial de internarse en el Penal de Santiaguito, Estado de México.El pasado miércoles, la polémica presentadora fue procesada por un presunto delito fiscal que sobrepasa los 12 millones de pesos al vender un inmueble embargado por el Servicio de Administración Tributaria , y se le impuso prisión preventiva.

Por medio de sus abogados, Bozzo promovió un amparo con el objetivo de obtener una suspensión provisional que impidiera su captura, argumentando problemas de salud. En aquel entonces, Bozzo aseguró ser “muy bruta para los impuestos” y que se trataba de un problema derivado del mal manejo de algunos de sus contadores.
