Democrats once viewed projected U.S. Latino population growth as their party's ticket to long-term political dominance. But recent elections and midterm polls show the perils in that thinking.

Big divides over issues like inflation and crime — along with religious and cultural dissonance with progressives — are eroding Latinos' decades-long loyalty to the Democratic Party, injecting a major wildcard into the 2022 midterms and beyond.

What do Latinos and Evangelical-Trump supporters have in common? Why are pious, religious people more willing to align with the devil? Machiavelli principle subverts right vs wrong - who’s at fault when people have no credible alternative?

For starters, Univision research and polling would suggest this narrative is highly overplayed and any suggestion that any identifiable shifts (however slight) can be claimed as anything but uncertain is broadly unsupported.

As long as Democrats insist on teaching young children radical gender theory in public schools, the party will lose Latino voters.

Not to mention the Biden child transgender ideology. That does not sit well with some formerly democrat voting groups.

they want to pull up the ladder

I have begged Democrats for years now, to quit treating Hispanics like American blacks. They just don’t get it. Biden was right. Hispanics are very diverse, and most have far more in common with American whites, than blacks.

GOP dark money has purchased all of the radio stations and media consumed in the largest markets to peddle lies and propaganda like what is being spewed at CPAC. That is never factored into any of these commentaries.

That's why the democrats will finish the border wall.

Shocker!

Fascinating how anyone could think the Republican Party is an option.

Latinos don't like abortion and high taxes and love the traditional family structure so opposite of the dems.

Duh 🙄. They are religious people.

John Leguizamo Slams James Franco’s Casting as Fidel Castro: ‘He Ain’t Latino! How Is This Still Going On?’'I don’t got a [problem] with Franco but he ain’t Latino!' John Leguizamo speaks out against the recent casting of James Franco as Fidel Castro in the upcoming independent film, 'Alina of Cuba.' He got the looks plus it’s called acting. I can kind of see it though. I’m sure they can find a more fitting actor culturally speaking but I think James would look just like Castro with a little makeup As a First Nations/Native American I’m not impressed the actress who plays “Monica” on Yellowstone isn’t NativeAmerican. You couldn’t find an actor who was? A’ho!🪶😡🇺🇸
